Activity does not equal productivity!!!!!! Part 3

ACTIVITY DOES NOT EQUAL PRODUCTIVITY

You’re super smart and extremely hard working, but you’re not getting the results that you know that you deserve.

At the end of the day, there are really a few reasons for an issue with a task.

On your schedule, you can use “L” lag. What does that mean? That means that if you were supposed to start a task at 1:00 PM and you started that task at 1:10 PM, then you were lagging, and you lost 10 minutes of your time.

Take a look at what came before it and correct this on the next day.

Surprise!!!! Things like breaks and lunchtime, going for a walk, or taking an unplanned phone call tend to cause lag.

We tell ourselves things are an emergency when they are not.

It is all about respecting and valuing your own time and doing the same for other people.

You have been setting really low expectations for yourself. Your standards of what can get done in a day are bullshit.

You keep going down rabbit holes and chasing squirrels.

You lack in self discipline. You need to really, Be your own boss.

Also, don’t overwhelm your self. Do not create unrealistic expectations for what can get done in a day.

Just be fucking honest.

Stick strictly to the schedule; stop fucking lying to your self.
